Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the PromoScreen platform ("Service"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PromoScreen provides a cloud-based platform for managing digital signage. The Service includes content creation and management, playlist management, scheduling, screen monitoring, and performance analytics.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date info. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activities on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Plans and Payment

PromoScreen offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in Serbian Dinars (RSD) and subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual plans include a 24-month commitment.

5. Free Trial Terms

By registering for a free trial, you accept PromoScreen's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the following Free Trial Terms:

  • The trial lasts for 14 days after activation.
  • At the end of the 14th day: you will lose access to your PromoScreen account, and all data you entered will be deleted unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
  • PromoScreen reserves the right to modify or terminate the trial or make changes to its services at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Uploading content that violates copyrights or laws
  • Distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access
  • Displaying offensive, discriminatory, or indecent content
  • Using the platform in a way that may harm other users or infrastructure
  • Reselling access to the Service without written approval

7. Intellectual Property

All content you upload remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely for providing the Service. The PromoScreen platform, including code, design, logo, and documentation, is the property of Sonnar Technologies doo.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). You will be notified of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The free plan continues after canceling a paid plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with prior notice.

10. Refund Policy

Our official payment processor is Paddle.com, acting as the Merchant of Record. All payments, subscriptions, and potential refunds are processed by Paddle, and your purchases are directly subject to the official Global Refund Policy, which entirely governs this process.

Key rules from the Paddle refund policy include:

Global Rule: All transactions are non-refundable except where required by local laws or at discretionary right.

EU, EEA, Switzerland & UK: You have a fourteen (14) day statutory right to withdraw from a purchase (request a refund) starting from the first subscription payment or first payment after a trial. This right does not apply to subsequent regular renewals (except for annual renewals for UK users, where a new 14-day window applies).

Turkey & Israel: Users under these jurisdictions have a right to a refund within 14 days of the first transaction.

Countries with shorter statutory windows: Buyers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada (7 days) and Singapore (5 days) have an unconditional refund right within the defined number of days from activation.

Loss of Rights (Digital Services): The right to a refund may be lost if the user explicitly confirms at checkout that they waive the right to early termination, or if they have successfully used (started active management/streaming) the digital service.

Technical Defects: If the software (Platform) shows constant and irremediable technical errors so that you are unable to display your desired ads, and support fails to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund in cooperation with Paddle.

Initiating a Refund: You can perform any cancellation and refund yourself by clicking the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the official email you receive upon payment, or by contacting the processor at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net). Initiating a chargeback via your bank without prior notice will result in the temporary suspension of your PromoScreen account until the dispute is officially resolved.

11. Limitation of Liability

PromoScreen is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.
